Delta Ssytems News As of October 29, 2025

We understand the inconvenience that these issues cause for our retirees.

REACTA will keep you posted as we learn new information.

For those who attended the REACTA Annual Meeting in Atascadero on October 21-23,

2025, we learned from the CTA Health and Welfare Trustees that the Medicare

Reimbursement and Life Insurance Billing would be DELAYED. This is primarily due to

incomplete data transferred from Zenith to Delta Health Systems. The CTA Health and

Welfare Benefits Trust met this week. Following is an UPDATE:

.

For those retirees who have life insurance, the billing notices will be mailed out in early

November. During this transition period, no one will lose coverage or be cancelled.

The Trustees authorized Delta Health Systems to mail paper checks to recipients for the

payments which weren’t received in October, while Delta sets up a distribution process.

A communications update from Delta will be sent to all participants regarding the

Medicare Reimbursement and Life Insurance billing, in addition to a form to complete

with your direct deposit (ACH) information, if that is how you choose to receive your

reimbursements. This is important so that the correct amount of funds gets deposited to

the correct accounts.

Medicare Reimbursement checks will continue to be mailed until the direct deposit form

is received by Delta Health Systems.
